HEIGHTS' two arms, the Deliberating and Organizational Arm, collaborate to produce and promote two regular artistic and literary folios and a seniors' folio. We also host the Creative Talk Series, several org-exclusive training talks, the Ateneo HEIGHTS Writers Workshop (AHWW), Ateneo HEIGHTS Artists Workshop (AHAW), and Kuwentong Pambata.

Under the Deliberating Arm are the English, Bagwisang Filipino, and Art Staffs. The English and Bagwisang Filipino Staffs comprise the main deliberating body for literary works, while the Art Staff deliberates on artistic works submitted and solicited for publication.

The Organizational Arm comprises the Design, Production, and HEIGHTS Online Staffs. The Design Staff is responsible for the layout of the folio, among other promotional material designs. Production coordinates the planning, organization, and manpower for HEIGHTS events. HEIGHTS Online manages all matters related to the website and social media accounts of the organization.
